Michigan Staffers Attempt to Block FOX Sports Cameras With …

Michigan would like some privacy, please.

During a second-quarter timeout in the Wolverines’ matchup against Maryland on Saturday, a staffer took an unusual approach to keeping the huddle from prying eyes.

A huge flag with the Michigan block “M” was held up in front of the FOX Sports skycam. A second staffer joined him in shielding the team.

FOX quickly swiveled to another angle, but the staffers’ flags kept the huddle in shadow as players gathered around Sherrone Moore.

Moore is filling in as head coach while head coach Jim Harbaugh serves out a three-game sideline ban as part of an ongoing sign-stealing investigation.

The Wolverine’s second game without their head coach on the premises included a dominant first quarter.

Michigan running back Blake Corum ran for a touchdown, followed by a scoop-and-score from edge rusher Derrick Moore, and finishing the quarter with a punt block and safety — all within the last two and a half minutes of the quarter.
