US Vice President Kamala Harris has been mocked on social media after hosting a 50th anniversary of hip hop house party at the White House in Washington DC.
The 58-year-old wrote on social media platform X the music genre won’t be “erased”.
“After half a century, it is clear: hip hop will not be erased. Hip hop is here to stay,” she wrote.
A user called on the Vice President to “hip hop” to the border.
“Maybe if you could hip hop down to the border and fix the damn thing like you were supposed to for the past two and a half years,” the user wrote.
