Northern Ireland Minister Steve Baker looks to be happy with the deal Rishi Sunak is set to announce.
The former ERG chair, who previously styled himself as the "hard man of Brexit", told reporters the Prime Minister is "on the cusp of securing a really fantastic result for everyone involved".
